Our Team
Acquisitions Specialist: Stephen Denny
Stephen Denny is the Owner and Manager of Jet Cash Home Buyers. He is a seasoned real estate investor and has bought and sold more than $20 million worth of real estate.
Stephen’s full time experience in the real estate investment industry began in early 2003 when he left the air conditioning business. He had sold his own company a number of years earlier after developing it from a one man operation into a multimillion dollar national corporation. He went on to work for another A/C company where his systems and management expertise were instrumental in helping the failing business to succeed.
Stephen’s efforts at Jet Cash Home Buyers include identifying and procuring properties, designing and managing renovations, and implementing and supervising all financial and information systems. He currently manages a rental portfolio of approximately 55 homes and purchases, renovates and sells an average of 50 homes per year focusing primarily on opportunities in Indian River County.
Acquisitions Specialist: Julie Montalbano
Julie has been with Jet Cash Home Buyers and heading our Acquisitions Department since 2010, she came to us with over 10 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate businesses.
Prior to Jet Cash Home Buyers Julie worked as an Office Administrator for a local, high end construction company and learned the Real Estate ropes supporting a Real Estate office of over 25 agents. She has been able to leverage her computer expertise as well, developing a custom database application to assist us in finding and researching properties.
Julie’s knowledge of the Real Estate market makes for an easy transaction, she handles all the paperwork from the initial offer through closing.
